Agreement

By engaging our importation services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Services

We will facilitate the importation of goods as per your instructions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, adhering to import regulations, and covering any additional costs incurred due to inaccurate information provided.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing and payment terms will be agreed upon prior to commencement of services. Additional fees may apply for customs duties and taxes.

Delivery

We will endeavor to ensure timely delivery of goods. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

Intellectual Property

You warrant that imported goods do not infringe upon intellectual property rights. We are not liable for any infringement claims.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.

Insurance

For any cargo claim or lien, either party has the option to agree on the application of the marine cargo insurance for every importation. In case of FOB Value and Cost & Freight arrangement, the importer has to secure insurance for the shipment. If the importer opt to pay the exporter/supplier on Cost Insurance and Freight mode of payment the latter should cover the insurance of the cargoes.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any goods or products sold. Please ensure you choose your items carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact us before making your purchase.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach. Termination does not negate payment obligations for services rendered.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Philippine laws. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Alaminos Laguna, Philippines.

Miscellaneous

These terms constitute the entire agreement and may only be amended in writing. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.
